Pypilot motor controller 12-24V 15A by NaviTop, with enclosure and cluth output

This motor controller with enclosure is sized to supply 15A continuously in 12 or 24V. The clutch output can supply 4A (max).

15A is the motor current to be considered at maximum torque allowing the rudder to move freely. This is not the current with the motor locked because this controller allows the current to be electronically limited when the rudder is locked. The peak current of this controller can be 25A.

To reduce the clutch coil power consumption by a ratio of about 6, pypilot energizes the coil at full power for about 250 ms, then the controller outputs pulse width modulated (PWM) pulses to keep the clutch engaged while reducing power consumption.

The PCB is marinized with tropicalizing acrylic varnish. It comes with flashed processor, tested functions, Wago 32A lever terminals (power input, motor and clutch outputs), waterproof 4 pins connection to pypilot computer and waterproof 3 pins connection to rudder sensor.

The cable welds are covered with an electrical sealant
